How to get Canad PR on a closed work permit

Dear All,

I am currently working in Quebec Canada on a closed work permit. Is there any way to get PR.
I got work permit and LMIA and my age is more than 35. if i ask my employer to change my work permit to a category A profession do i need LMIA again or only job offer.

Any valuable suggestion will be highly appreciated.

If you are in Quebec you need to apply through one of the Quebec programs. Express Entry and CEC are not an option
