How to get Biometric appointment - no appointments available on VFS portal

Following, I also got Biometric request letter today for my mother but not able to see any available slots on VFS on any center in India.
Any information or web-form will help ?
Please DM as soon as possible.

Any updates, did you book biometric appointment, even m not getting any date for my in-laws

I complained this to vfsglobal care even to vfs cfo. Both said they will look into it. But nothing. Finally I have up paid money to agent in India got booking. Paid 11k inr per person booking.
