How to fix the mistake (name) after the Canadian visa application submit

Is anybody tell me how to fix my family name which I put my full name on the form?

I suppose to put only last name but I did my full name. now they are asking for my original passport,
I am worried about if the put my full name as a family name on the visa stamp.

Help me, please

Include a letter with your passport submission explaining your mistake in the application form and how you want your name to be written, plus maybe some supporting documentation like a birth certificate.
