My employer applied for my LMIA based work permit during Oct 2021. Is there a way to know whether my application is under GSS other than asking the employer?

My noc is 5241 type B. Is there any specific category for GSS or all foreign employees with Lmia comes under GSS?

Yes. Your LMIA will state it as your employer would have had to request processing under this program. Does your LMIA decision letter state it?

You haven’t seen your LMIA letter? So who applied for the work permit? Ask your employer whether they did apply under GSS stream.

Do you know people who applied for work permit during or after October last year and received PPR? Or most of the applicants are still waiting for a final decision?

Yeah we signed it, but LMIA letter wasn’t there or is it like it has to be there? Our employer sent the documents through their company web portal. I don’t know whether the letter went unnoticed by me.

I don’t know but my employer’s lawyer sent me all the documents before to submission.
