If the EE profile is submitted but the points are less, then how can we find an employer to help us with the job to get the extra points? Are there any agencies who can help with this?

It's generally extremely difficult to find an employer willing to go through the LMIA process. Agencies can't help. You would need to find a job offer on your own.

The best advice is to try to increase your points through different ways and without relying on a job offer.
