How to fill the forms_pls advice

Dear all,
I am filling up my forms for sending initial application for CSQ to quebec immigration.

I need your advice for how to fill in this forms.
This forms are printable forms and we can type in this forms.
Pls guide me what should I do?
should I fill in the forms with pen or I s hould fill the forms by typing and then taking its printout.
Which option is considered valid?

You may fill the forms either way. I, myself, filled the forms through typing, then spellcheck and printed two copies of each form, one to send and one to keep in my record.
