How to fill sponsorship application

When filling the spouse sponsorship form there is a section for the principal applicant to fill and I don't stay with my husband .his in Canada and am in Uganda , should he leaves my section blank .will the immigration send me application to fill my section if sends it to them.or he frist sends for me the form to fill my principal applicant section???

all forms must be properly filled and signed before sending them to IRCC, otherwise there is a big chance the app may be returned
