How to fill IMM 008? for new born baby

Am a PR holder in Canada and father of a new born baby. Am currently located in Canada.

My new born baby is located in India.

Am sponsoring my new born baby for PR. My new born baby

To fill out IMM 008 form,

As principal applicant is minor, me(father) is filling this form.

As a father.. I filled section 2 as dependent child.

In this form, section 3 asks for:

How many family members, including you, are in this application (see instructions guide)?

Is residential address on page 2, the current residential address of new born bay in India?

1. if you, your spouse and first child are PR in Canada....they are not apply for PR and not included in the sponsorship application.

total number of family members included in your application = 1

If your second child has not dependent.....only your second child is in the application.....so number of family members included in your application is one.

2. Yes....the residential address should be your newborn child current residential address.
