How to file personal tax returns for year 2016?

Can anyone advise me on how to go about filing my tax or share any useful links/resources?

Here's some info about my situation;

I landed in Toronto November 2nd 2016, so I understand that i need to file tax for the year 2016
Before I landed in Toronto I was not working, I was a student on my masters degree from 2015 to 2016
I have not made any income since January 2015, so I understand that I may get some kind of tax refunds, but I really don't know how to go about it.
I also heard that I may be entitled to some Ontario Trillium Benefits (OTB) for the year 2016

Does anyone have any ideas on how to go about this? I understand that the deadline is approaching

First of all, deadline for Personal Tax is April 28th, 2017 so you're not late. You cannot file any taxes now since CRA is not accepting any taxes until February 20th,2017. You are obligated to file a nil return meaning tax return with no income. You should have received 2015&2016 T2202 form from your Canadian university

I didn't school in Toronto, I studied abroad, November 2nd, 2016 is my first time of ever entering Canada.
