Hello, I am an inland PR applicant under BCPNP. My AOR is April 02, 2020.
I currently have a closed work permit which will expire at the end of February 2021. I have been looking for an instruction how I can extend the work permit, but couldn't find any helpful information yet.
I understand that I am not eligible for the BOWP by the statement that 'If you applied through the Provincial Nominee Program and have employment restrictions as conditions of your nomination, you can’t get a bridging open work permit.'
Would anybody please help me with how I can extend my closed work permit?

At first, your employer should apply for LMIA and have it approved before you can do anything. Ask your employer if they have already applied for it?

If it’s LMIA exempt, then let me know. I’ll share the process.
I hope it helps.

Thank you for your reply. Yes, it's LMIA exempt according to the Work Permit Support Letter which I received from the BC Provincial Nominee Program after the Nomination. It says "this letter is to facilitate the issuance of an LMIA-exempt work permit".
