While creating my two way courier label, i made a mistake in selecting application category. Instead of selecting "original passport submission", i selected "PRTD". The problem is that now on application confirmation letter it shows as PRTD. There is no way to fix this, Also when i try to generate a new application on vfs ny portal it does not let me generate a new one. As it does not show my applicant in the applicant list and when i try to add new, it says applicant already exist. I tried calling vfs contact number but it seems they dont have any access to the vfs portal system or application. They are suggesting me to send the application letter with incorrect application category. Has anyone faced this issue, any help will be appreciated.
