How to check where my visa application is being processed???

I applied together from USA recently. I don’t know it was a good debate because i saw a lot of posts about Sowp rejection , i still did after consulting with a lawyer

Yes for fall 2021, classes start august 31st!
I applied June 18
Biometrics done and updated june 21
Background check and eligibility review started July 3rd
No medical request yet waiting !!!!

Is there any probability that student permit is approved but the spousal permit is rejected. Or it it always that either both will be approved or both rejected. Have you heard anything about that

I have heard some spousal rejection based on home ties or insufficient funds. If the student has a good case they don’t reject it.

almost all cases i have seen from USA got approved for both. Let’s hope for the best

For applications from USA it is easier. For people who are applying from india it is a lot difficult

Yes i heard that. I am just not sure about my spouse since he is not in USA with me.
