How to check my SP approved school?

Background:
I submitted a SP application this April for a 1 year program starting in Sept 2021.
In June, I submitted a webform to change to a 2 year program from a different school starting in Jan 2022.

Today, I received a message and correspondence letter of approval.
However, I cannot see neither the approved school nor the program anywhere. I only see the last date to abroad Canada and eTA valid til date.
How can I find out? Or can I assume the change is accepted?

There's no way for you to know, unless you ask IRCC to confirm for you. You can send them a webform to confirm.
If you have proof of sending them the updated LOA, then you can have that proof with you when you go to the border and show them the new LOA.
