How to check if VO have received medical?

I received a call from embassy saying they havent received my medical.

my doctor is saying they have submitted it to embassy two weeks ago. Doctor is not providing Courrier teacking no.

Contact VO with the copies of the Med receipt done at the DMP. Retain a copy of the receipts for yourself.
