How to check CSQ status

I'm applying for my wife for sponsorship. We already submitted our file to CIC on October 2016 and MIDI November 2016. I want to know if there is a way to check our application status for the CSQ.

Currently I think there is no process to track your application for CSQ , however you can get the status of the same via phone once you get the Dossier No & Individual Reference Number
