How to check application status

Hi,

Hope you are well.
My husband applied for spouse visa in June. And we hired a representative for the same. Since the account is linked to the representative we are not able to our application status.
Few days ago I was able to call the ircc and get the application status via self serve option. But from past week it says that no such application.

I am not sure why this is happening. Does anyone know anything about it? Is there any other way to check the application status for sowp.

Any help would be appreciated.

They had a technical issue thats why saying no application found.

You should try now because its sorted. I checked mine yesterday and its was totally fine. Previously mine was also not found.
