How to Check Application Status

So my wife and I sent in our package yesterday
I know it's too early to check the status but I thought I would check out how to do it
Everything is straight forward except for the part which asks for surname, DOB and POB. Do I enter my information (sponsor) or my wife's information (sponsored person)?

I'm not sure whether or not you can do it right away, but they will send the sponsor an email confirming they received the app and then you can check ecas: https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do?app=ecas

I'm sure you are familiar with the UCI, or universal client ID. It is in the permit. (Work,temporary,study) So if you wanna put your wife's Info, use her uci. And your uci paired with your Info. Now like my husband who is Canadian obviously he did not have one yet. So we waited for the letter to be sent to him. (Acknowledgement)
And that's where we got it. I remember also being able to use the application file number and both of our infos work.

Ps. Your application will not show on ecas until they have sent you an acknowledgement of receipt.

I really need your help on why i cannot see my Application status, yes my husband was informed in May 2013 that my application is in an interview queue. I have tried several times using my file number F000...... and my UCI but still it shows this message below: -
