Hello when we applied the Outland Spouse PR application we were living in the Texas, USA.
We have since moved to another country, how do update IRCC of our new address?
Is it this the correct webform to change address?

If this is the correct form, it's mandatory to state which visa office is processing the application on the form to continue, but we do not know which VO is processing the application. Where can we find this info?
Current status - sponsor received AOR, PA received BIL and medical request.
