How to call Client Support Centre from outside of Canada? (2018)

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to call the Client Support Centre number (1-888-242-2100) from US and not able to connect at all. I see that there are some people who have been able to call successfully but none of those methods work as on date.

Has anyone tried recently to call the above number from outside of Canada? Please let me know.

hi .

as per my observation, ppl contact thru skype .
i had used 1-613-944-4000 through google hangout and i was able to speak to an agent after many attempts.

If I call 1-613-944-4000 number as on date, after selecting option 1 (for English), 1 (for immigration), 1 (information on visa) it internally dials the number 1-888-242-2100 and says "This toll free number is not available in your area.....". It looks like it expects the number that I am calling from is a Canadian local area number.
