hai Guys
I work in canada with a work permit. My husband applied for open work permit and got rejected in oct 2010 stating VO was no satisfied he may return to home country as he has no strong ties back home. can you guys suggest that whether applying as a visit visa would change the situation and also submiting employer letter and property docs,it wasnit submitted last time, misguided by an agent. I have been in canada for 1.5 years and applied for PR and just recieved file number from CIC.
Pls advise

Come on guys pls reply.....................needs help

He can try again but if they thought he was likely to overstay before, they might just think that again. Having a letter from his employer stating he is on vacation and is expected to return might help.

pls advise guys..........

No, it won't help. The only thing you can do is show MORE significant ties to his home country (job, property, assets, etc.) proving that he will leave after his visit.

he has job letters and property.........is that enough to show the ties. what else can be shown to show the ties? single entry visa for one month would be better than multiple entry ,right?
How to show ties to parents, should we write a letter saying that our parents are in india..?
Pls help me
