I arrive Canada at Aug, 2018, and start to work from Sep, 2018.

From Notification of assessment from CRA to say, my Income of 2018 can't use to support my parents sponsor, because it don't include my Income before Aug, 2018.
But when I apply Canada Child Benefit, I already report my income before Aug, 2018. And this number already show up in my Family net income of 2018, on the notification of Canada Child Benefit for 2019.

My questions is,
1. Can I use the CCB notification to approve my Income for parents sponsor? So I can apply for my parents in 2021, Jan.
2. From the CRA website document to say, I don't need to report my Income again in Tax report of 2018. As they are not from Canada resources. Am I right?

Your 2018 NOA needs to show enough income. No - you cannot use your CCB notification to sponsor your parents.

You can't use the income earned before you moved to Canada towards LICO. Only the income made AFTER you became a resident here in August 2018, i.e. what is on your return, counts.
