How to apply Spouse open work permit?

Hi,

I am currently in Canada on visitors visa. My husband has an open work permit valid till 2016.
I want to apply for open work permit, but I am not sure whether i can apply or not. If i can apply what all the documents are required to attach along with the application.

Please help!!

Does he have a full time job that falls under NOC A, B or 0?

yes he works with bank of Montreal. but i'm not sure of category(A,B or 0)
