How to apply for Canadian Visa from Bangladesh?

Hello,

I received admission from two Canadian Universities -- Concordia and Carleton -- and now it is time for me to apply for VISA (what is called study permit it seems).

I am from Bangladesh, and the whole process is unknown to me. Googling brought in this page: http://www.vfsglobal.ca/Canada/Bangladesh/ , and clicking on the study permit part got me to this page: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/study-canada/study-permit.html

Is this the correct website/location, and should I continue? Or am I mistaken?

To the Bangladeshis here and other people who can assist me with this: please let me know the correct address and steps to fulfill to get apply for canadian visa.
