I need to know how to apply for an open work permit for a spouse when Spouse is already in Canada and has no active study.

Is that possible to apply for an open work permit outside Canada option even if your spouse is already in Canada?

So is your wife studying? If not studying has her permit been cancelled? When does her permit expire? If she is not studying then you would not be eligible for SOWP.

My wife working full-time, has open work till 2025. I came to Canada as an student but studying now

We already have apply under ONIP program file status: waiting for decision
