hi all this is my first day on the forum , i am applying for the spousal sponsership application and i am currently a student in canada ,,i wanted to ask how can i get a ploice certificate from pkaistan while i am still in canada ,because i am currently enrolled in courses here and i can not go back. and my 2nd question is about the birth certificate , i was thinking that should i just send a photocopy of it and ,do i have to translate it into english if its in some other language

See this page for details on how to obtain the police certificate while in Canada:

As for your second question, no you cannot send a photocopy of your birth certificate. Pakistan is one of the few countries where you are required to send originals of all documents and yes, you will need a certified translation of your birth certificate if it's not in English or French. Please make sure that you read the country specific guidelines for Pakistan which will give you full details of the requirements. You can find them here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/3907e.pdf
