I have received ITA from Saskatchewan Province under OID (no job offer). Most of my documents are ready and uploaded, except for a couple, thankfully! I have a few confusions, one of which is 4 years ago, before my current job, I tried to do freelancing and couldn't do much and this lasted for around 11 months. So do I have to explain that, or should I skip it? The second problem is one of my previous employers (from 2014) didn't deduct any tax and I didn't pay my tax for the duration of this job that also lasted for 11 months? I do have job offer letter and will get the reference letter in a few days? Is that enough?
