How to add newborn child to already approved pr? What docs required? We have not yet entered canada.

You will need to send out your child's birth certificate copy (Long Format) with a cover letter mentioning the reason, your details, AOR etc + An email with the birth certificate (showing both parents' names) - further instruction also should be provided.
