Hi.. so im jordon from the uk, on a work visa. Currently applying for express entry.
Im waiting in the pool with a low score.

Ive been in employment for over a year. And its secure. Problem is it doesnt show on my profile. As having a job offer. I dont know how to change this.

If you are by any chance on an IEC / Working Holiday Visa, then unfortunately what you have will only be classified as a job offer if your employer obtains an approved LMIA.
 
ok thanks for your info. so i take it i download the LMIA form and ask my employer to submit it then it goes onto my immigration account. is this how it works

No - it's not that straight forward. Your employer needs to start by advertising your job for at least one month to prove no Canadian could be found for the role, making sure they meet the LMIA advertising requirements in the link below. After advertising your job for a month, they must then submit the LMIA application and wait for it to be processed. Processing will likely take around four months and approval is not guaranteed. If the LMIA is approved, only then can you claim the 50 points for having a job offer. Details on the steps to apply for an LMIA are here:
