How to add a newborn on PR application?

We have just have a new born in our family. I would like to know what documents are required and the procedure to add my new born to my application already submitted to CIC. Any link or information from all the seniors will be helpful.

if your file is in initial stage then wait for file no. and at the time of submitting full application to local CHC add your baby to your application. if you have already submitted your full application then inform CHC and send an updtaed Family Information Form. immediately apply for passport for your kid and enclose copy of its receipt to updtade Family Information Form.
