How the embassy notifies the client about the web enquiry form..

I had filled web form for the student visa for document updation.Its been 10 business days.can u please guide me how embassy reverts back and how will i get to know about update..

they may or may not reply tbh. I sent them a document and they replied after 2 weeks that they had recieved it.
