First of all let me just admit that I messed up my Skills Immigration Registration:

Under B.C. Job Offer Information I put my Job Title as Community Manager / Digital Marketing Specialist.

To the question Are you currently working in the job being offered I said yes, even though my original offer letter was for Community Manager, and my job changed to include the Digital Marketing Specialist a few months ago.

BC PNP seems to be extremely strict with this question because they stated ‘Points for this factor are determined by the occupation identified in your B.C. Job Offer. If you are invited to apply, the information entered here must clearly match the information that will be required in the job offer letter as part of the application.' on top on this question.

So now my dilemma is: should I submit revised job offer letter with job title Community Manager & Digital Marketing Specialist?

Or should I use original job offer letter with Community Manager? (which I think my application might get denied)

Anyone has any input? I’m very conflicted here. Any insight is greatly appreciated!

Job Title means very little. For the most part they care if your reported NOC code matches the job description/duties.

I'm a Digital Marketing Specialist too and I'm wondering if it was it hard for you to get a job offer. Any advice will be really appreciated.

It's not the easiest thing but i'm in Vancouver and there're lots of tech startups that need digital mkt people so yah, as long as you have enough experience it shouldn't be too hard.
