HOW SOON WILL I GET MY PASSPORT BACK

Hey all, SO it has been a week since i have sent my passport from New York, Buffalo to the CASE PROCESSING CENTER, OTTAWA IN Canada through FED EX and my FED EX tracking says it has reached there like a week ago. But i have no clue how long it's going to take to hear back.
THIS IS SO HOSTILE. It is the most important document i have, please help a girl out!
