1. Previous profiles would have nothing to do with your actual application. A quick Google search would tell you this.

2. No need to hire a consultant. You can do this all by yourself.

i read somewhere applications can get rejected for even having a picture of wrong format
ever since i found that i got really scared and decided to get a consultant who will make sure everything is consistent

Both.
Only when you receive an invitation to apply will your profile be recorded in the system and assessed by CIC after you submit your application.

CIC website has detailed explanations on how to proceed with your application. Read carefully through everything and you'll be fine. Post questions here and people will be more than willing to help

If you really want a consultant, you might want to go find another one.

Hello guys,

I was working in 2 different chartered accountancy firms in India. Though the roles & responsibilities were those of accountant/auditor, the experience letter for one of the firm says 'Article Trainee' and the other says 'Assistant Accountant', so, would those come under the NOC category for applying my PR? Does the job title matter or the duties?
