How PNP works after express entry with low crs score of 323

I have 323 crs score and need to apply for PR.

Can I Do it under PNP process? Also what shall be step by step process please?

It will be hard to be drawn with a CRS 323. PNP will give you addition 600 points which then you will be way over the required points. I don't know much about your occupation, education backgrounds and language, etc so it is hard to say which PNP will be the best option for you.
