How much time does it take for the documents to reach WES Canada sent by BITS Pilani?
I requested BITS Pilani to send my transcripts to WES. Its been 10 days. Does anyone have any idea on how much time does it take ? I tried contacting BITS but they are neither replying to mail nor responding to call.

Can you confirm if BITS has even sent your transcripts at all to begin with? If they aren't responding to your emails or calls, your only course of action available would be to have someone physically visit the registrar's office to confirm that it has been dispatched.

Alternatively, if this proves to be an issue, there are alternate ways to handle this - if BITS refuses or is otherwise chooses not to send your transcripts to WES, you could ask for your transcripts in a sealed envelope, with the envelope seal stamped. This can then be mailed to WES after letting them know your application number and other details, as provided on their website.

They have replied saying that they have dispatched it on Mar 20 through speed post. Do you have any idea how much time it takes to reach WES Canada ?

No clue, but have they given you some sort of tracking number for you to verify?If they have in fact dispatched it, this should be SOP for them to give it to you.

They have posted it through Speed Post, in which tracking number results are not found. Tried contacting Speed post customer care , they are very irresponsible and not even replying.Just wanted to check if anyone has faced this experience in terms of speed post.

Speed post will always have a tracking number. For international speed posts, EMS is the agency which deal with it and you can track it till the destination. Speed post usually gets delivered within 7-10 days. If they sent it using Registered International post, then also you should have a tracking number, in this case though, it can take up to 30 day for the post to be delivered.

And if it was sent through standard mail, please get a new copy of transcripts in a sealed envelop and send it yourself.

I would like to understand how did you do it at first place?
I went to ARCD but could not figure out any method in which BITS can send my transcripts to WES?
