Spent around 8k on LMIA with a lawyer (all the fees combined), then did the PNP on the side by myself. second one went through lol so counting all the fees including the PR, mine is around 12 K so far. I gotta give it to Harper, he found a perfect way to finance his budget for the last fiscal year.

Definitely spent over $13,000 CAD!

First application was Ontario PNP with a lawyer, which is still "In Process"..

Second application is Express Entry.

Wow I am shocked by amount of money some of the people have spent. I have only spent the bare minimum so far:

IELTS: C$260 (Took it once and thankfully scored the max points)
ICAS ECA: C$290
Police Certificates ~C$100
Postal service: $30 (Usually used the cheap local postal service and it still worked LOL)

So I've spent C$ 680. I'm still waiting on the ITA (I have a CRS of 454) so I haven't done the medical yet. I am not sure I will get an ITA at CRS 454 so I didn't want to risk a lot of money on this venture.

About $1000, minus CIC fees which so far my company hasn't asked me for.

The medical is really worth shopping around for, I went up north in the GTA because it cost me 50% of what other places downtown wanted.

I got lucky too, University did the transcript (eventually) without mentioning money.

I got ITA on CRS of 469 within 3 weeks :)

Online you can find the points per set ... Feb 24th was 453. IN fact there have been 5 sets this year and you'd have qualified for two, and missed the others by a small amount: 2016: 461, 453, 457, 459, 453.

For the medical just rung up everyone within range and be sure to ask for the total cost as some places quote $250 then say plus $100 for x-rays plus $50 for a photo type stuff. I found places that did not list English as the first language spoken tended to be cheaper. Along with the one in Jane and Finch that I was advised to avoid ;)
