Does every nationality have to do meds? Because I did not have to for my student visa (European passport).
Maybe it is mandatory for everybody in the PR phase, right?

Starting from my first CEC application.
Lawyer fee and other- $3500

application got Rejected

Tried for LMIA for my spouse-
Lawyer fee- $1500

IELTS (thrice), ECA, PCC, RCMP, Medicals, Photos, Prints and other fees , - $4000

Got Ontario PNP Invitation
Decided to go ahead with OINP PNP myself
Fee- $1500
PR- $2500

Had to add $3000 to POF to give the money back to my bro because of exchange rate

Total- $15500

But it really worth..
I am happy still...

~ 60 CAD for posting documents
~ 1200 CAD for 4 IELTS exams!
~ 50 CAD for PCC
~ 100 CAD for translations
~ 220 CAD Medicals
1040 CAD for application fee

So I have spent ~ 3000 CAD for one applicant!

Good thing is that university reimbursed 550CAD application fee. Thank God!

yes, the Medicals are mandatory for everyone no matter what passport you hold.
