how many years of foreign work experience required to apply for PR under Canadian experience class

I have 2 years of foreign work experience and one year Canadian work experience, am I eligible to apply for PR? Please suggest, thanks in advance!!!

If your IELTs scores are high enough you would be eligible for CEC as long as your Canadian experience is in NOC A, B or 0.

I have cleared CELPIP-G test, below are my scores and Canadian experience NOC is A.
Speaking, Listening and Writing - Level 8
Reading - Level 9.
