How many days to receive AOR for Oinp

My package was delivered on 4th December to Oinp office.. But so far I haven't received any acknowledgement so far. Is that normal? How many days does it take on average to receive an acknowledgement?

On average, AOR is taking 2 and a half months for FSW applicants.

AOR means they have cheeked and your application is complete and ready for process.. its not just receipt of package.
