I haven't seen such scenario reported by anyone in this forum however who knows.
ECAS is not reliable. I have passed my test and its still showing transferred to my local office. No updates regarding the test or oath.
Don't rely on ecas fully. Check your physical mailbox too

I can call CIC, if I want to, but I don't think eCAS activation is critical. Also, I get this message that one of the possible reasons for eCAS not being activated is that the application may not be in process, even though it has been received. I have the AOR email, which means my application is complete and a file / record has been created. So the next correspondence from CIC will be a snail mail, and I just have to wait for it patiently.
