Anyone have a number on this ? So far all applicant's need LMIA .am I correct in saying no CEC applicant s have received ITAs so the CEC number is unchanged?

No, CEC applicants have received ITAs, I know because I'm one of them. The 3rd draw for example exclusively invited CEC applicants.

Yes but last year there was 8,000 spots for CEC only do we know the number for 2015?

You mean you have a PhD or post-doctoral? Yes, you would still need assessment if that was from out of Canada.
