besides at time of submitting the file shall i include certificates from 1st grade till high school secondary, or only the HS secondary certitifcate to show the 12 years of full education before gaining diploma plz

three-year diploma, trade certificate or apprenticeship and at least 15 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study = 22 points

you need to submit marksheets and certificates for class x, xii and diploma

Secondly you are saying that after 12th , 3 years diploma will earn 22 points....Can you please tell how here minimum 15 years of experience counted ...?

A person who has completed 12th std has not completed 15 years of studies.

Its in addition to 15 years of education, if you have recognized diploma (not private one), then you can expect 22 points.

Not simply 12th std + diploma = 22 points.

Please don't take it personally, its just an debat.

Oh boy, read this thread BEFORE my morning coffee, BIG MISTAKE, lol...I know this is serious stuff, but it really gave me a good chuckle to start the day. Anyway, back to being serious again. I think you may be mixing up points and years in the comment above. With regard to a PA: THREE year diploma + TWELVE year basic school education = FIFTEEN years which allows 22 POINTS. The same 22 points awarded for two Bachelor Degrees and at least FIFTEEN years of education, even though more years of education may be involved. On the surface it doesn't make sense until you realize they are trying to give more credit to trade and vocational certificates. Looking at the job possibilities in Canada, you are more likely to get work with those specific certificates than you are with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
I really don't mean to be cheeky, as I know I have had questions about things that probably seemed quite clear to others. I hope the rationale above helps explain why the points work out the way they do. Good Luck!

But as per CIC, applicant needs have 3yrs diploma AND atleast 15 yrs of education.

How come you can count 22 points in such a way..?

The applicant is fulfilling 1st criteria not 2nd criteria.
