My file is in transit to Scarborough office on July 28th,

still is in transit, not reached Toronto.

I think they are going by walk

Same here i just got off the phone with CIC agent. She said my file is in transit to Scarborough as my fingerprints are still under review by RCMP. But when i called the last 3 weeks ago agent told me my file is in Scarborough. They are very ambiguous with their information it could mean anything.

These call center agents are getting paid 45,000$ to 60,000$ and they are showing attitude in phone as if they are working for free.

I dont know why they get paid so much when they cant even see the computer and give information's properly.
