How long will it take to change from submitted to open?

Hi,

I have submit visitor visa application for my parents at 10th of June.
But it hasn't change to "open" yet.
I heard it should be changed in 1 or 2 days after all files submitted.

I checked again. All files are provided and fee is paied.
Is there any possible that I do something wrong or it just need even a longer time to change to "open"?

Sometimes it doesn't change from "submitted".

Online status is a courtesy, and should be taken like that.
