How long to wait for medical request after interview in sydney australia?

Hi all,
Can anyone give me indication from ur experiences that how long do i have to wait for medical request after interview held on 5/02/2013 as visa officer said after interview she will email me...but no sign yet and cant even access my ecas status online...same probs as most people are confronting recently.
