My brother has applied to Brock univeristy and hopefully he will get his offer letter soon. then he needs to apply for his visa. He is currently studying in Malaysia. Can you please inform me of the visa applying procedures?
How long does it take roughly? Because his course will start in January.
And about the money, I know he has to show he has fund about the first year tution fee + 10,000 CAD for living expenses but does he (actually my father will be his sponsor) to keep the money into his account for a certain time before applying?
