how long smu takes to dispatch transcript/attested xerox to wes

Its been 3 weeks now since SMU recieved my request for transcripts.
Every week I contact them, they say they will dispatch next week. Anyone who faced similar problem.
How long they took to dispatch transcript/attested xerox to wes.
