how long should I wait for PPR and approval

I applied for PR in AIP so I have been waiting for so long. AOR was on December 31,2021. April 20,2021 all ADR submitted. My spouse and children had their remedical and biometrics on May 6,2021 and submitted. The Pre Arrival Service Letter was received on May 20,2021. After that, no updates from IRCC. My colleagues got their PR. How long should I wait? Thank you..

Is it ok to email IrCC in the client portal? I mean my Pr Portal seems to be in review. No update til now. Others can get it by 2 days or fewer.
