how long it takes to get the file number

Hi,

I am planning to apply in FSW category in the first week of this April from India. Can somebody give me an idea how long it takes approximately to get the file number?

Approximately 60 days. It might be 50 to 70 days average. Please submit application ASAP as rules changing from April 10.
