hat's pretty much it. I was all set in my head for maybe a March / April 2017 CoPR and was amazed that it came through just before Christmas 2016 - 6 months beginning to end!

What country is the applicant from?

In my case, I was the (Canadian) sponsor and my wife is British (born Scotland). It was about as straightforward a sponsorship application as I could imagine, with the exception that I had not lived in Canada for 40 years, but all went through without any requests for additional information.
